Nancy Simerly
Nancy joined The Milam Group after recently moving from Oregon to Nashville. She is an excellent agent whose background in teaching and non-profit fundraising taught her the importance of active listening, attention to detail and successful problem-solving. She understands people and has a big heart for helping others navigate the challenges of buying and selling real estate. She also has a big heart for animals and is an avid supporter of the Nashville Zoo.
Nancy and her husband Richard, a neuroscientist at Vanderbilt University, live in West End and love hiking, camping and taking long road trips. Their other interests include helping the academic and medical communities and supporting the Southern Poverty Law Center, Second Harvest Food Bank, Habitat for Humanity and Cheekwood Botanical Gardens.
When Nancy moved to Nashville she discovered a city she loves. “The genuine warmth of the people combined with Tennessee’s physical beauty give me daily inspiration.” She understands what it is like to discover this vibrant city and provides the support needed to conquer your next adventure.
Whether it’s West Nashville’s beauty, East Nashville’s diversity, or South Nashville’s charm, Nancy will help you find the home that is perfect.
She prioritizes your vision and leverages your equity— SO YOU THRIVE!
